If you buy 6 hours and 2 cleaners, they would be there 3 hours

Example…

  • Let’s assume you book 5 hours for $145.  
  • Your total would be $145 + $297 = $442
  • However, we only send you a Cashapp or Zelle payment request for $47 today to hold your spot
  • Then, on clean day, we send you a 2nd payment request for the $395

If you already have the VIP Membership and need to book additional cleanings:

  • Using same example above, we charge $47 (via CashApp or Zelle) to hold the spot then remaining balance due of $98 on cleaning day

To determine how many hours you need, you can use charts below...

Note:  since we use an hourly model, we do not do custom estimates.  Another reason we don’t is because your home could be less or more dirty by the time we clean it versus when we did the estimate.

Example:   if you booked 10 man hours, you can pick 2 cleaners during booking, so the crew would be in your home for 5 hours cleaning.

  • Simply add 1 – 3 more hours to row above, if its really dirty, a deep clean or move out clean
  • VIP member rate is $29 per hour, not our usual $49 and the membership is only $297 per year.

Light House Cleaning Tasks

(Included in standard cleaning services)

  • Dust all surfaces (tables, shelves, counters)
  • Wipe down kitchen countertops and appliances (exterior only)
  • Sweep, mop, and vacuum all floors
  • Clean mirrors and glass surfaces (spot cleaning)
  • Empty trash bins and replace liners
  • Sanitize bathroom sinks, toilets, and countertops
  • Make beds and tidy up rooms
  • Wipe down light switches and doorknobs
  • General organization (surface-level tidying)
  • Based on your room ranking priority per cleaning

Deep Cleaning Tasks

(More detailed and labor-intensive cleaning)

  • Scrub and disinfect baseboards, doors, and door frames
  • Wash walls (spot cleaning)
  • Clean inside kitchen cabinets and drawers
  • Deep clean inside oven and refrigerator
  • Scrub and sanitize bathroom tile grout and tubs/showers
  • Dust and clean ceiling fans and light fixtures
  • Wipe down and clean air vents and intake grilles
  • Wash windows (interior) and window sills/tracks
  • Remove and clean under furniture (if possible)
  • Polish wood furniture and deep dusting in hard-to-reach areas
  • Detail cleaning of small appliances (microwave, coffee maker, etc.)
  • Extra scrubbing of heavy grease or buildup in kitchen/bathrooms
  • Inside oven, inside fridge or Inside cabinets ( 1 free per year)
